At Stevenson & White we recognize that some of the best candidates are referred to us by word of mouth. When people refer someone else they usually have a strong belief in that person’s ability. With an increasingly tight talent market we rely heavily on these types of referrals to obtain our candidates. If you know anyone who may be interested in hearing about other career opportunities within finance, accounting or supply chain management, we would appreciate you referring them to us.

How you receive your Referral Reward
If the person you referred is successfully placed by us you will receive a cheque in the amount of $500. What you do with the money is up to you!

How often can you submit a name?
As many times as you want! We would be happy to reward you every week! There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to us. For every person you refer who is successfully placed by us, you will receive $500.

What conditions apply?

• It is very important that the individual you refer informs us at their initial meeting that they were referred by you.
• You must be the first person to refer that individual.
• If the candidate is already in our active database, you will not receive credit for having referred that person.
• The successful candidate must be placed on a full-time basis in either a permanent position or on a contract of at least 12 months.
• As soon as Stevenson & White Inc. receives payment from the hiring company, a cheque will be mailed to you in the amount of $500.

How long is my referral valid?
Each referral is valid for a period of one year from the date of the initial interview with the candidate.

How to submit a referral
Tell your friend about Stevenson & White. Explain to them that we offer a professional, confidential search to candidates looking to change positions within Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management. Ask your friend to contact us and mention your name as the referral.
